Strategi Penanaman Karakter untuk Mengatasi Dampak Kekerasan di Lingkungan Pendidikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan strategi penanaman karakter sejak usia dini di dalam dunia pendidikan serta cara meminimalisir dampak kekerasan yang terjadi dalam lingkungan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, yang menitikberatkan pada fenomena yang sedang terjadi pada subjek penelitian. Pelaksanaannya melibatkan studi pustaka atau library research, dengan merinci solusi untuk mengatasi kekerasan pada siswa di sekolah. Solusi tersebut mencakup penerapan pendidikan tanpa kekerasan, pembangunan disiplin, humanisasi pendidikan anak, hukuman guru yang proporsional, peningkatan wawasan pengetahuan siswa, dan pemberian sanksi bagi pelaku kekerasan di sekolah. Penelitian ini dapat diaplikasikan di bidang pendidikan, terutama dalam lingkungan sekolah, mengingat prevalensi fenomena kekerasan di sana. Secara mendalam, penelitian ini membahas jenis-jenis kekerasan dalam dunia pendidikan dan dampak-dampaknya yang ditimbulkan oleh penanaman karakter terhadap fenomena kekerasan di lingkungan pendidikan.
